A Dutch freelance marketplace connecting companies and freelancers — post a job, receive bids, and only pay once the work checks out, held in escrow via Stripe Connect at a flat 5% fee.
Existing freelance marketplaces take a big cut and leave payment trust to chance. FreeLinQ needed to feel fairer and safer — for the Dutch market specifically, in Dutch.
Built on Next.js 14 App Router with Supabase for auth and data, and Stripe Connect for the money side — funds sit in escrow per milestone and only release once the client approves the work.
A flat 5% platform fee, GDPR-friendly by default, and the whole product in Dutch — the language the target market actually searches and thinks in.
