When you submit a project enquiry, we receive your name, email address, project type, message, budget selection and any timing information you provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

Our hosting and form providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps, browser information and security logs to deliver and protect their services.

How and why we use it

We use project enquiries to respond to you, discuss your requirements and prepare a quotation. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, this processing is necessary for those pre-contractual steps. General correspondence and website security are based on our legitimate interests in communicating with visitors and maintaining a secure service, balanced against your rights. Records required by law are processed to comply with those obligations.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not use the enquiry form for automated decisions or profiling.

The website is hosted by Vercel. New submissions are not archived in Formspree; enquiries are delivered to our email inbox. Existing submissions may remain until separately removed. Enquiries are received through Formspree and delivered to our email inbox. Our email provider processes the messages to deliver and store correspondence. Access is limited to those who need it to respond to your enquiry or provide the relevant service.

These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers must be covered by a valid adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your data.

How long information is kept

For enquiries that do not become a client relationship, our retention period is six months after the last contact. Relevant correspondence may be kept longer where needed to comply with a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, contract and administrative records may be retained for applicable legal requirements. Technical logs are retained according to the providers’ service and security settings. You can contact us to ask about retention or request deletion.
